Katie joined the Spot team in 2024 with over 10 years of experience in customer service and a background in account management. Katie brings a strong client-focused approach to her role as Client Experience Manager and ensures every client has a positive, personalised experience at Spot. Outside of work, Katie is an avid runner and the host of a local run club – KFG (Katie’s Feel Good Run Club), where she supports and motivates others on their wellbeing journey.
